Acupuncturist, MS, MAc, FNAAOM

I have practiced Chinese medicine since 1985. I teach internationally and have written two text books used to teach Chinese medicine throughout the world. At the first session, I'll conduct a thorough diagnosis for 11/2 hours. The cost of this visit is $165. This will include taking a history, hearing your concerns, a 30 minute pulse diagnosis, spending time appraising you of my assessment, and answering questions. My session fee is $85 and slides down to $50 for patients in financial need who request it and pay at the time of service.

Health is a culmination of all actions and choices taken during our lifetime. Life is a journey that is recording in every cell of our body. Patterns are created, habits get more entrenched and, at some point in our life, we find the need to work and survive replacing that sense of balance and wellbeing. So, we just keep going. What if it was possible to enjoy better health? If you are tired and disappointed about how you feel, come see me. Together we will create a treatment plan based on the principles of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. A wholistic plan that fits your life, your lifestyle, and your healthcare goals.

Acupuncture in Stockbridge - is it right for me?
Acupuncture is based on the concepts of oriental medicine or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and is one of the oldest healing practices in the world. Stockbridge acupuncturists are health care professionals who evaluate and treat the many conditions, aches and pains that respond to acupuncture.

Acupuncturists insert very fine acupuncture needles into the body. The purpose of the needles is to stimulate acupuncture points or meridians. The needles do not inject any substance into your body and are so fine as to be virtually impossible to feel. In some cases, acupuncture may be accompanied by electrical stimulation or the burning of moxa, a form of heat therapy. Or use acupressure, where physical pressure is applied by hand or elbow to trigger points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians.

'Accupuncture' and 'Accupuncturist' are common mis-spellings.
