Treatment may combine acupuncture with dry needling, electroacupuncture, cupping, gua sha, neuromuscular activation, and spinal analysis. When appropriate, I may also use craniosacral therapy or Chinese herbal medicine. Each visit is adapted to the individual, with clear communication about the approach, priorities, treatment plan, and next steps.
I am a Colorado-licensed acupuncturist with a doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine and sports and orthopedic training. I studied at Brown University, the New England School of Acupuncture, and Pacific College of Health and Science.
