I am a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and I use integrative medicine to support my patient's' general health. My experience includes aiding in stress management, treating colds and boosting the immune system, balancing hormones and working with fertility, PMS and menopause, treating problems during pregnancy and optimizing digestion. An important part of my work is supporting my patients' emotional well being. I aim to create time and space for emotional processing as well as physical healing.

I am a California Board and Nationally certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. My specialty is in emotional concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, and PTSD. I also specialize in Women's Health, including menopause, PMS, irregular/painful menses, breast health, and fertility issues. I also practice sports medicine techniques, including motor point and e-stim therapy. I work successfully with pain management, digestive issues, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, as well as many other concerns that arise from stress and basic imbalances in our bodies and minds.

I practice a unique, holistic, and compassionate approach to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).I have extensive experience in the field of pain management and over sixteen years of practicing TCM. I also treat many women's related issues from PMS To menopause including infertility and prenatal care. I have many years of experience with all health issues from headaches, depression, stress, anxiety, flu, etc.... In addition to acupuncture, I use herbal remedies, moxa, cupping, therapeutic massage, guided meditation, and other modalities. I am deeply committed to supporting each client on their journey back to health .

I offer you comprehensive, caring consultations and treatment. These are tailored to you specifically. I use blood, saliva and stool tests to identify the cause of your illness and track your improvement. A complete Chinese Medicine exam; pulse and tongue reading is available at each visit along with some muscle testing. Each session gives you a sense of progress and a path toward a specific resolution in your healing process. During your treatment, you will experience acupuncture, magnet therapy, massage, hypnosis or guided meditation. You are invited to become quiet and still so that your healing nature is activated.
