A second generation acupuncturist, Ray Chernly was raised in North Texas and earned his Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. His father chartered acupuncture research for National Defense Medical Center of Taiwan in the 1970's.
