I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac), and a Certified Herbal Specialist, who had followed my family's medical tradition. My father is a Neurologist who successfully integrated Chinese Medicine into his primary practice. I also had the honor of training with Dr. Jeffrey Yuen, the 88th generation Taoist Priest, an expert in School of Classical Chinese Medicine, also called "Extraordinary Vessels". This ancient yet relevant and sophisticated system addresses patient's maladies with a personalized approach .This allows not only to get the best results, but caters to any special needs of the patient.

I provide an integrative approach to the body that is based on Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnosis. My treatments include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Acupressure, and Intuitive Bodywork as well as Lifestyle and Nutritional Counseling. I also use various forms of Applied Kinesiology including Nutrition Response Testing.sm to identify underlying imbalances and environmental stressors. Genevieve Lee M.S.O.M, PhD., L.Ac., graduated from Stony Brook with her Bachelors Degree in Psychology/ Pre Med and went on to graduate Oriental Medical School Magna Cum Laude from the New York College of Wholistic Health Education and Research. She then traveled to China in order to gain personal experience in the art of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Genevieve Lee sought further special education and training in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, Japanese Pediatric Acupuncture, Obstetrics and Gynecology TCM, and Auricular Detoxification Techniques (addiction and stop smoking). Genevieve Lee is a National Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist.

During my 17 years of practice at the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is also the National Acupuncture Clinical Research Center of China. I participated in numerous research projects for treating stroke, paralysis, acute and chronic pain, dementia, prostatitis and insomnia with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
