Dr. Minchun Chen, a licensed oriental medical practitioner certified by NCCAOM, currently practices acupuncture and herbal medicine at her private practice. She is a professor at the Won Institute, which has the only Master's Degree program for acupuncture in Pennsylvania. Dr. Chen graduated from Nanjing Medical University with an MD degree in 1982. In China, she worked as an internist and endocrinologist for 8 years. Continuing her studies in Germany, she earned a PhD (1994) exploring disease-causing genes for Graves disease and Diabetes at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. She learned acupuncture and herbology from national-renown doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Weiping Wang graduated from a medical school and got her CMD degree in China in 1984. She also studied acupuncture and Chinese medicine while she was practicing medicine as an Ob/Gyn doctor for seven years. Now, Weiping is a national board certified and a PA licensed Acupuncturist. Dr. Ruijuan Liu graduated from the best Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) University in China - Beijing University of TCM - with a MD degree in 1987. She worked for fourteen years in Xi-Yuan Hospital of the Chinese Academy of TCM, which is the most prestigious TCM research institute/hospital in China. She also had the privilege to be trained by the traditional method of "Learning from Top TMC Experts Program" from 1997 to 2000, which was sponsored by the China Ministry of Health.
