Wei-Chen obtained his Master degree in Oriental Medicine from Samra University in Los Angeles; he also holds a PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed acupuncturist. I had sinus problem for almost 20years. I had a terrible headache and breathing problem at night. He recommended Chinese herbs treatment with Acupuncture treatment.
