"I work with patients that are motivated to improve their health and face their health challenges head first. My role as a practitioner is to help my patients improve while simultaneously motivating them, so they can make the all important leap to live healthy lifestyles. It is my belief that this will have an impact on the individual, the people they come into contact with, and eventually the healthcare system at large. Chinese medicine works extremely well, but is not limited to conditions such as pain management, anxiety, depression, headaches, allergies, digestive imbalance and reproductive health."

"My mission is to bring relief to people suffering from chronic pain and anxiety. Through my personal experiences, I have learned that the body is wise and will move toward healing if given a chance. However, the body needs help to get the energy moving again. That’s where I come in! With the needles, I’ll start your energy moving while I hold a heart space for you to learn how to love yourself during healing the process. And even if the physical pain never completely disappears, I can promise that your relationship to the remaining pain will always change and you will be in a better place. "

Acupuncture in 21704 - is it right for me?
Acupuncture is based on the concepts of oriental medicine or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and is one of the oldest healing practices in the world. 21704 acupuncturists are health care professionals who evaluate and treat the many conditions, aches and pains that respond to acupuncture.

Acupuncturists insert very fine acupuncture needles into the body. The purpose of the needles is to stimulate acupuncture points or meridians. The needles do not inject any substance into your body and are so fine as to be virtually impossible to feel. In some cases, acupuncture may be accompanied by electrical stimulation or the burning of moxa, a form of heat therapy. Or use acupressure, where physical pressure is applied by hand or elbow to trigger points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians.

'Accupuncture' and 'Accupuncturist' are common mis-spellings.
