I work with acupuncture, tui na (Chinese medical massage), Craniosacral therapy, qi gong, corrective exercise, and dietary/nutritional counseling to help you return to your natural state of vibrant health. In addition to addressing pain, I treat a wide variety of conditions including but not limited to: asthma, allergies, anxiety, choleolithiasis, depression, digestion/elimination, frozen shoulder, headaches, hypertension, IBS, lymphedema, meniere's disease, and musculoskeletal/structural issues."
"I enjoy working with individuals who want to better their life through dietary changes. I've seen the positive effects of proper diets and the negative effects when clients are not meeting their nutrient needs. Working with clients to develop a plan to help meet their needs, often reducing physical and mental stress, is a passion of mine."

"I listen first and take my patient complaints seriously. As an integrative nutritionist, getting to know each person is key. I believe in the power of nutrition as medicine, especially when delivered as whole food. Supplements are recommended if needed after detailed dietary assessment. My practice is evidenced based, founded upon valid contemporary scientific studies. And it's individualized, because we are all different in our genetic make-up and lifestyle preferences. My treatment is most effective for chronic inflammatory and degenerative diseases such as obesity, diabetes, IBS, food allergies, auto-immune diseases, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and cancer."
