My name is Kelli and I'm a board certified sports dietitian specializing in running and strength training nutrition. Melanie Schaffer is a registered dietitian who holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from The University of Akron, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has extensive experience working with clients who suffer from eating disorders and disordered eating and has worked in all levels of care. I am a Licensed Acupuncturist with decades experience. I studied at Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, China, for five years and received my medical degree. For several years, I held a staff position as an attending physician at The Hospital of Tongji Medical University. I earned my PhD in Medicine at the University of Leuven, Belgium, and certified by Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) in the United States. I have published chapters in several books and over thirty original articles on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in peer-reviewed journals. I have experience with patients who have diverse backgrounds and various conditions.

For several years Erin worked as the lead dietitian at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level eating disorder clinic. She is currently accepting clients appropriate for outpatient nutrition counseling, and is a great fit for those looking to improve their behaviors and thoughts surrounding food, body, and/or exercise. Additionally, Erin enjoys working with athletes looking for help fueling, and those looking for help improving their lipid panel/cholesterol.
