Dr. Don Snow is a member of PCOM's first graduating class of the Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He graduated on April 20, 2006. He deceived his Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at PCOM. Prior to his oriental medical education, he received a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Medical School of Public Health and his Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Don began his medical career as a Navy Hospital Corpsman in 1975.

Hi, I’m Renee Stark and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2016 and Certified Personal Trainer since 2018. Having personally faced challenges with disordered eating in the past, I have held a longstanding belief that the root of achieving good overall health lies not in the specific foods we consume, but rather in the intricate relationship we have with food and our underlying beliefs concerning it. Having experience working at an eating disorder outpatient center after college, I was introduced to the principles of intuitive eating, food-freedom, and all-foods-fit. These are the same concepts that I continue to embrace today.

I attended American Institute of Massage Therapy in Richmond, VA and have continued my education receiving certification in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) as a Lymphedema Therapist in Sydney, Australia and Austria. MLD stimulates the lymphatic system which removes water and inflammation from the body promoting your own body's ability to heal. It assists in the removal of waste products, protein products and debris. MLD is used in the treatment of Lymphedema, chronic injuries, burns, immune dysfunction and surgery.

I attended Bastyr University in Seattle, WA the four year accredited Naturopathic Medical School where I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, with training focused on prevention of disease and promotion of wellness in a primary care setting. After graduating, I founded Acadiana Center for Natural Health - a place for families that integrates the foundational principles of natural medicine and incorporation of integrative medicine with the goal of promoting health. I graduated with a PhD in Cell Biology and Anatomy from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans specializing in the anatomical sciences and researching pain models of inflammation and diabetes. I bring a combination of east and west methodologies to help patients with pain relief, relaxation, increased joint mobility, increased circulation, and/or general health wellness.
