I have a dedication to aid my clients in their journeys out of their eating disorders and beyond the toxic diet culture that pervades our society. I have experience working with anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, OSFED, and disordered eating in ages 14+, and have a soft spot in my heart for teens and young adults. I work with clients who are ready for outpatient level of care including those recently discharged from residential treatment and/or those who are seeking help for the first time.

Your body possesses the miraculous capacity to heal. Illness results from three possible primary causes. (1) Your cells are not getting all the nutrients they require to function optimally. (2) Your cells have accumulated toxic residues from the environment leading to dysfunction.
