As a life long student I focus on studying effective treatments for mold illness, Lyme and other vector-borne infections, and MCAS/histamine intolerance. My private AZ practice is 90% virtual. I live and work in California and come to AZ once a year to see patients. Your visits will be mostly via webcam. AZ patients MUST commit to see me in person once every year to remain patients. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

I have worked in both residential and outpatient clinics for individuals with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder and bulimia nervosa. Additionally, I have experience in sports nutrition, diabetes, weight management, and work with both adolescent and adult populations. I love helping clients focus on their goals, gain healthy habits and improve their relationship with food, so they can ultimately improve their quality of life. Brina is originally from the Midwest; growing up in North Dakota and attending college at University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where she received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1995. After college graduation, she relocated to the Phoenix area to start her career as an RD. Brina specializes in eating disorders and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She also specializes in intuitive eating, sports nutrition, digestive issues and food allergies. Brina is a Health At Every Size RD and is here to help you heal your relationship with food and your body.

I went to study abroad in Japan in 1988 and learned acupressure and therapeutic massage techniques. 10 years later, I came to America and went to Dongguk Royal University to study traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, I spent 4 years working at a Chiropractors clinic. After graduating in 2005, I obtained my acupuncturist license and began to practice. I earned my PhD of Oriental Medicine at American Liberty University in 2008. I taught at Alhambra Medical University and worked at my mentor's clinic. From my years of studies and practice, I now specialize in treating pain and osteopathic related issues.

Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way.
