I focus on helping clients develop habits supporting their individual goals, whether preparing for a race, struggling with gastrointestinal issues, or working on disordered eating behaviors. Recognizing there is no single approach to nutrition or wellness, I meet clients where they are & help identify not only ways to adjust dietary intake but also practical ways in which to do so. I have a background working with a team of medical providers (physicians, psychologists, exercise physiologists) & therefore have a strong commitment to viewing the "whole" individual, & taking that into consideration with any goals or plans we develop.

My ideal client struggles with chronic dieting, disordered eating, and body image concerns, and is ready to make peace with food and find a peaceful, productive relationship with their body. My clients want to feel empowered to intuitively care for and love their bodies- without dieting or restriction. There may also be concerns such as desire for weight loss, PCOS or a missing period, or metabolic concerns such as prediabetes or elevated cholesterol. Together, we find a path toward self-love and a guilt-free food relationship while focusing on your desired health goals.

I am a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping those in recovery. I have worked in both an intensive outpatient and a partial hospitalization setting where I have been able to help clients from all backgrounds develop a healthier relationship with food. I help clients create a sustainable and joyful experience with food and movement. I enjoy working with clients to establish peace with food and utilize a Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating model.

She practices through a non-diet lens and Intuitive Eating framework. She is an expert in women's and metabolic health (PCOS, diabetes, peri-menopause, fertility) as well as primarily plant-based eating. She has a special interest in supporting women through perimenopause as well as supporting women 35+ struggling with chronic dieting or disordered eating. Her approach is holistic. Brittany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders with experience in both the outpatient and inpatient level of treatment. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, she continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro securing a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science.

Sherbiny is certified by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He is licensed by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Certified in Clean Needle Technique, Chinese Herbs, and a graduate of the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (four year graduate program required for acupuncture certification). He is also certified in Tui Na (massage) from the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Jenna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. After completing her Bachelors in psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jenna worked in clinical research with adolescents with disordered eating at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She then went on to pursue her Masters of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetic Internship at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. While in school, Jenna conducted research on family feeding practices and experiences of weight stigma.

I offer an eclectic modality based approach to my Massage Therapy practice. Each patient is different and unique. I take great care to explore with each patient what technique is going to work best for them. I specialize in myofascial release which then usually leads to trigger point and deep tissue work followed by Active Isolated Stretching(AIS). I also use Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)on a regular basis.I am also a certified Bowenwork Practitioner. Bowenwork is a point specific light touch therapy that enables the body to rebalance itself.
