HI, I’m Alexis! I am a HAES aligned Registered Dietitian specializing in all forms of disordered eating, substance abuse, and medical nutrition therapy. My nutrition counseling approach would be described as weight neutral, client-centered, and evidence-based. Richard Kim L.Ac has learned Eastern Medicine in L.A. and he studied more in Republic of Korea. And his one of the eastern medicine skills is a Chuna manipulation which is the treatment of pulling and pushing the muscle which balances your body by releasing the tensions in the muscle, ligament, disc, and vertebrae. After the Chuna manipulation, Richard Kim L.Ac helps the movement of the patient during acupuncture treatment in severe cases. This movement assistance during the acupuncture therapy eases the pain by releasing the muscles, and circulating blood very well.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Hyundo (a.k.a. Hans) Kim is a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois and a former professor at the prestigious Sangji University in Korea. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Then he graduated from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA with Magna Cum Laude and spent the next eight years in Korea, working at Korean Research Institute of Geriatrics as the senior researcher and then at Sangji University.

I know what it’s like to suffer from terrible fatigue, weight imbalances, digestive symptoms (constipation and diarrhea), skin issues, and hormone imbalances.
