I am a Functional Nutritionist, not a dietitian. I work with clients who are dealing with long-term unresolved health issues. These are often people who have seen three to five medical doctors and are unhappy with their medications and lack of results. I use food and food-based supplements to help clients rebuild their immune system, and other organ systems that are not functioning well. I make recommendations regarding foods that may be appropriate to eliminate from one's diet, and that may be responsible for inflammatory conditions.
