At Olney Chiropratic Center we treat the person. We prefer to look at the body as a system and symptoms as the way the body talks to us. When the pateint is experincing symptoms of back, neck pain, an extremity problem and/or possible headaches we search for the cause of the dysfunction to resolve the problem and work with the patient to restore health. We use Applied Kinesiology as one of our tools to evaluate structural and physiological balance. We like the patient to be involved with nutritional, lifestyle, exercise recommendations to best reach the patients health goals.

Victoria Goldsten has been caring for the sick since 1973. Her first health care experience was in nursing at several local hospitals and health care facilities. She later studied and became certified in: Homeopathy, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Chakra Balancing, Acupressure, and Hypnotherapy. She has a B.S. degree in Nursing and a Doctorate degree in Homeopathy. She is currently practicing as an Integrative Homeopath and Massage Therapist in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is Licensed in Nursing and Massage by the State of Maryland and Washington, D.C. She is currently working as the Director and a practitioner at the Washington Institute.

I am a board-certified Clinical & Integrative Nutritionist specializing in the functional medicine approach to nutrition. I help individuals find and address the root cause of imbalances rather than simply treating symptoms. In my practice, I provide individuals with personalized, whole-person care. I believe in giving each patient my individual, full attention. Treatment sessions are generally 30 to 40 minutes, with a focus on restoring muscle and joint function and eliminating pain. Treatments usually include gentle deep muscle work, manual manipulative therapy, Pilates based rehabilitative exercise, and other physical therapies. I have great success in treating chronic myofascial pain (fibromyalgia), migraine headaches, numbness and tingling in the hands and feet (peripheral neuropathy), foot pain, and especially the chronic neck, shoulder and arm pain that comes from working at a computer. Of course, I treat sports and auto injuries as well.

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders with experience in both the outpatient and inpatient level of treatment. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, she continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro securing a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science.

Haleigh practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with clients with Eating Disorders, PCOS, Pre/Postpartum nutrition, IBS, and Food Allergies. Haleigh loves helping her clients make small changes to their lifestyle that makes a huge difference to their health. Haleigh is dedicated to assisting clients with a mind-body approach to a healthier lifestyle through education on intuitive eating, stress reduction and a whole foods approach. She is a “non-diet” dietitian and strongly supports making changes that work for each person as an individual.

Wei Zhao is a Chinese Physician having practiced Acupuncture, herb and Internal Medicine in Shanghai since 1988. She offers free initial consultation to people who have no health insurance.
