Hi, I’m Brooke! Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women like myself break free from the chains of endometriosis. As a member of the '1in10community, I’m all too familiar with the medical gaslighting, chronic pain, and fear of the unknown that accompany this disease. I work with all types of clients from athletes that desire maximum performance out of their bodies to back and neck pain sufferers. I specialize in therapeutic stretching (Active Isolated Stretching) which allows me to address all muscles and connective tissues in the body. In contrast, a regular massage is limited to approximately half. I have learned that all work is limited if the muscles are short and tight which causes problems. So it's mandatory to lengthen the muscles to get them working properly. I then do a deep neck and back sports massage combining Muscle Release Technique and other modalities.

Mei believes in providing quality and caring service to those in search of a natural alternative to health improvement. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Professional Health Studies and a Master's of Science in Oriental Medicine from Florida College of Integrative Medicine. This is coupled with the fact that acupuncture and Chinese Medicine were a part of her daily life, growing up. Mei has also studied under several celebrated physicians, including Professor Gao Zhi Xiang who has practiced acupuncture for over sixty years.

I combines traditional physical therapy with contemporary treatments such as Low Level Laser Therapy combine with micro-current, electrotherapeutic point stimulation (ETPS), and paired with gentle comprehensive manual therapy, and more. I works one- on-one with children, adult, and seniors to restore independence and the ability to complete day-to-day activities.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.
