I have dedicated my career to counseling and pursuing policy change to improve eating disorder treatment access and awareness in Arizona. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and am trained by Evelyn Tribole, one of the authors of Intuitive Eating and use the principles to facilitate eating disorder recovery in sessions. My approach to care is simple. I listen to my patients/clients and try to meet them where they are. There is no sense in diving in the deep end if you've never even dipped your toe in the water.
