I have been treating patients with Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine for last 25 years all around world. As a doctor in Change,clinic director and teacher I practiced in one of the most prestigious teaching hospital in Beijing China for 10 years before I came to MN USA in 1995. Since 1995 to present I have been helping thousands of patients in my own clinics ( located in twin cities MN). I am a dietitian who works with individuals looking to explore their relationship with their food and body. I use a weight inclusive, non-diet, and all foods fit approach. I desire to prioritize each individual’s unique needs and values wherever they are at in their healing journey. I encourage individuals to show up as their whole selves as I provide a collaborative space to explore the systems of oppression that influence our relationship with our food and bodies. I intentionally invite LGBTQ+ and gender nonconforming individuals who are seeking nutrition therapy with a clinician who will honor their unique lived experiences.

I specialize in functional and integrative nutritional approaches for chronic health problems. My ideal clients are those suffering from mental health concerns, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue, headaches/migraines, PCOS/infertility, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions. Working together, I help my clients to learn about their personal nutrient needs, identify adverse food reactions and implement healing plans to revive health and well being.
