I offer acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition counseling and traditional medicine approach to healing. I am a medical doctor with extensive training in different disciplines including pain management. I find it very rewarding to treat my patients with individual approach and choose more natural treatments when possible after a correct diagnosis is established.

I am Board Certified in Integrative and functional Medicine. That means that I work with clients to find the root causes of their symptoms in a holistic way. We are learning that maintaining our gut health is the root of treating many diseases including autoimmune, inflammatory, skin, obesity, cancer, allergies, and more. I work with clients to figure out why they are struggling with a condition and treat it using food as medicine, identifying food sensitivities, providing nutrients to maximize the body's functioning, and if needed, I do cooking sessions to teach how to make healthy food taste great.

I have been a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine for over twenty years. I use acupuncture, Moxabustion and herbs to heal a variety of conditions by restoring the balance and harmony of energy of patients. I also offer nutritional guidance and qigong exercises to enable patients to participate in promoting their own health and well-being and to prevent illness. My goal is to see patients recover from their acute and chronic health issues and see them enjoy life again. This is the greatest joy I have as a healer.

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

I am a Level 3 graduate of the Neuro-Acupuncture Institute and I specialize in Neuro-Acupuncture. Neuro-Acupuncture is a marriage of time-tested tradition and space-age science. It integrates Acupuncture with knowledge of brain and nervous systems functioning. It is safe, non-invasive and creates good results. An effective therapy for stroke rehabilitation, Neuro-Acupuncture helps many other problems, including Essential Tremor, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury, Migraines, Anxiety, Loss of Taste and Smell, Aphasia, and Complex Regional Pain. I'm Dr. Kent and here's my story: The truth is I'm just like you! At the age of 35 I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. For the next 10 years I took my thyroid medication faithfully and yet I never felt any better. Nothing really improved. I never had enough energy, I struggled to lose weight, I had a tendency toward depression; to put it mildly I was extremely frustrated. I'd go to my doctor and tell him about my fatigue, my depression and my inability to lose weight. He'd tell me my labs looked fine; it wasn't my thyroid.

Nick earned his Master's degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University known for their "whole food" and natural approach to health and nutrition. Nick is also a Certified Diabetes Educator with over 10 years experience helping clients manage diabetes. Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.
