Many of my clients come to me for help with digestive health concerns, With my experience in nutrition education, I take the time to answer questions and explain the rationale behind my recommendations so you understand where they are stemming from. Although I provide a plan, my client is in the driver's seat. I provide you with various options that will lead you to optimal health.
I specialize in assessing your unique nutritional needs based on your personal biochemistry as evidenced by your most recent lab results. I can assist with additional functional testing as well as nutrigenomic testing as needed. My focus is to use targeted nutrient therapy to prevent the onset of chronic diseases.
My practice focuses not only on medical nutrition therapy but also lifestyle management. I recognize that nourishment comes to us not only through the foods we eat but also by how active we are, our inner thoughts, how we manage the stress in our lives, as well as our connectedness with others.

I may recommend further nutritional testing, which we can discuss. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month of implementing their plan and experience consistent improvement thereafter.
