I have been a practicing physician for 20 years. I was on the path towards nursing working in the Trauma Unit. There, I realized that my true healing potential to assist others along their unique journey towards ultimate well being, and my healing intentions was best expressed through the power of touch. I now focus my practice mostly for those experiencing chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, and post surgery as well as those in sports training.

I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Traditional medicine does not specialize in treating the myofascial restrictions that may be involved in chronic pain conditions or structural dysfunction. The tried and true techniques of deep tissue massage and myofascial release aim to restore the normal functioning of fascia by breaking up the glue that binds these adhesions. I do this by applying slow, sustained pressure, gradually working up to the threshold of what you can tolerate.
