Todd George is a licensed acupuncturist and nationally board certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. He received a Masters of Science degree in Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College (MSOM) in 2005, and he has completed postgraduate clinical training in hospitals in Beijing, China. Todd was the first acupuncturist in North Carolina to complete the dry needling program of the Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series with Myopain Seminars, and he is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). I have mostly worked as a renal dietitian but recently have been working with people trying to lose weight. My passion is helping people live a happier, healthier lifestyle. I am a integrative lifestyle medicine dietitian with over 30 years experience working in a major medical center providing evidence based nutrition therapy approaches. My expertise and passion is in the areas of digestive health, GI nutrition and I am a FODMAP trained dietitian (for IBS) from the Monash University. I provide medical nutrition therapy for IBS, Crohns disease, inflammatory bowel conditions. Originally from Tennessee, Dr. Scott graduated from Lipscomb University with a B.S. in Biology/Pre-med. She then earned her degree in naturopathic medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. She then completed her residency in naturopathic and integrative medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys hiking, playing the guitar and piano, participating in church activities, spending time with family and friends, and going on adventures with her husband, Josh. She wants to continue to bring naturopathic medicine to the South and around the country.

I have 18 years of experience helping people with diabetes (Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes), as well as 10 years of experience working with pre and post-op metabolic and bariatric surgery patients. My specialties include nutrition education and meal planning for obesity, weight management, and diabetes.
