I am a Primary Care Practitioner who combines the principles of Naturopathic Medicine with the traditions of Classical Chinese Medicine to offer a wide array of treatment options to best suit each individual's needs. While I maintain a medicine practice which serves the entire family, I offer a focus in Pediatric health, Men's health, Mental-Emotional wellness and Digestive health.

Over 25 years clinical and teaching experience, to help people reduce pain and stress, improve digestive distress and improve vitality utilizing acupuncture, Chinese nutritional therapy and stress reduction. I work collaboratively with you and your other physicians and health care professionals to create the best care plan possible. I develop intensive and comprehensive treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with all types and stages of cancer. I utilize IV therapies such as dichloroacetate (DCA), vitamin C, lipoic acid, DMSO and other nutrients, in addition to ultraviolet blood irradiation (UVBI). I am also trained in the Kelley Enzyme Protocol, which utilizes very high dose pancreatic enzymes. In addition to these therapies all patients are on specific dietary, detoxification and stress management programs.

I love helping my clients achieve their ideal weight and manage any chronic health conditions. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, so I really spend the time getting to know my clients and offer a personalized plan that will work for you. There, I realized that my true healing potential to assist others along their unique journey towards ultimate well being, and my healing intentions was best expressed through the power of touch. I now focus my practice mostly for those experiencing chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, and post surgery as well as those in sports training.

Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

Hello! I’m Dr. Emma Kingsberg. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a master’s of science in nutrition (MSN) and a certification in pelvic floor therapy. I specialize in women’s health with an emphasis on sexual reproductive medicine, fertility and preconception care.
