After working for 23 years as a massage therapist, I have acquired the skills, techniques and experience to give my clients the results they want, whether they are seeking stress relief, pain relief or a wellness massage. Each session is tailored to address your particular concerns and issues at the time, and will incorporate various techniques to achieve optimal results and satisfaction. I am a firm believer that relaxing the body and mind causes the body to self-heal and balance itself, and strive to provide this to my clients.
I specialize in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy post-surgery or lymphedema, I am also a certified Bowen Therapy practitioner, and Reflexologist. I usually incorporate some of these techniques in my massage sessions to achieve superior results in relaxation and pain relief.
