I work with individuals suffering from multiple forms of health breakdown caused by a misalignment of the bone at the top of the neck that supports the entire weight of the head. The top bone in the neck, known as the atlas vertebra, can misalign from an accident or injury putting stress on vital body balance centers. This compromise can result in numerous health challenges such as headaches, migraines, tinnitus, insomnia, depression, anxiety, nervousness, digestive issues, trigeminal neuralgia, vertigo, high blood pressure, heart irregularities, fibromyalgia, herniated and bulging discs, neck and back pain, and many others.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again.
