I have been in practice over 20 years providing science based, medical nutrition therapy. My areas of specialty include weight management, pre-diabetes/insulin resistance, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), high risk/multiple pregnancy, GI disorders including Celiac disease and IBS (I am a Monash University low FODMAP diet trained dietitian).
You won't find any "cookie cutter" diet programs from me. I help my clients reach their goals through a personalized nutrition program that takes into consideration each client's likes, dislikes, schedule and cooking skills. I am here to help you achieve optimum health through better nutrition.
You will leave your initial consult with a personalized nutrition plan based on your needs, goals or health issues. I do follow-up appointments in office, telehealth and phone.
