Hi, I am Janelle Middleton, MPH, RDN, LDN. I completed my graduate course work at Loma Linda University in California and undergraduate studies at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. I have 8 years of RD experience and earned Employee of the Month in my previous clinical nutrition role. Since I would describe myself as very much a people person, naturally inquisitive, and a great listener, you can expect to feel heard and supported in our sessions. I pride myself on being empathetic and encouraging, while effectively holding you accountable to the goals YOU set for yourself.

Shalini is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who also holds a Master of Science in Health Science and Nutrition from Georgia State University. Shalini began her career as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian over 10 years ago and has since transitioned into providing medical nutrition therapy in outpatient settings. Shalini practices a flexitarian, plant-based style of eating at home. Aside from nutrition, Shalini has a passion for cooking, fitness, and spending time with her family. She became a Registered Dietitian to help people understand the connection between food and wellness.

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

At this time, I offer telehealth appointments. My ideal client has women/ young girls health issues such as painful cramps, heavy bleeding, fibroids, PCOS, thyroid disease, gastrointestinal complaints, autoimmune disease, just to name a few. Whether helping Chicago area athletes maintain their peak performance with sports massage or aiding clients in the rehabilitation of an injury or chronic pain condition, we have the experience and the expertise to assess and treat your pain symptoms and, in many cases, correct those factors contributing to the problem. Alex is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in both medical nutrition therapy and functional medicine. She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.
