Sports Rub Massage Recovery is an evidence-based Massage Therapy practice providing pain management solutions due to soft tissue injuries. Our office specializes in the upper cervical technique, Atlas Orthogonal. It is a low force technique using an instrument to adjust the spine. It is painless and does not involve any twisting.
