I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies. My nutrition expertise will help you sort out the truths and lies we read about nutrition. A relationship with food and eating is not meant to be so complicated and scary. I am a Registered Dietitian and Registered Yoga Teacher and am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through an overall lifestyle approach that is unique to each person. My focus is on helping clients create change in a balanced way, with a focus on intuitive eating and Health At Every Size. I believe that nutrition isn't just about food, but your entire lifestyle as well. Taking care of yourself through movement, adequate sleep, stress management and intuitive eating are all components of living a healthy life and my goal is to help you find what will work best for your lifestyle and needs.

I view health and healing as a partnership. My specialties are Women's Health, Sports Medicine (weekend warriors to the professional athlete), Chronic disease management(including cancer support) and Pediatrics; however, I do see a wide range of patients. I do use a combination of acupuncture, customized herb therapies where applicable, as well as food therapy and lifestyle counseling. It is very important to me that my patients feel empowered to regain control of their health.

Dr. Lily Hongbo Liu, OMD, PhD is one of a few acupuncturists who hold both an MD and PhD degrees with oriental and western medical training. She graduated from ShanDong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1988. After she practiced Chinese medicine and acupuncture in Chinese hospital for over ten years., she moved to Japan to earn her PhD of Medical Sciences at Kyoto University in 2005. Then she came to Washington University Medical School for her post-doctoral fellowship. Now she is a national certified acupuncturist by NCCAOM, as well as a licensed acupuncturist in state of Missouri.

I’m Kate, a registered and licensed dietitian based in St. Louis, MO.
