It is based on Zen Shiatsu, Zero Balancing, Myofascial Release, and CranioSacral Therapy. You wear loose, comfortable clothing and lie on a massage table placed over a Therapeutic Magnetic Grid. No oils are used. I notice where your tension is, where your weaknesses are and where you have the tendency toward illness. I pay special attention to problems associated with the neck and the back. Pain relief and freedom of movement is a priority.

Dr. Ren is a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist who has over 40 years experience. She was a professor in one of the university of traditional Chinese medicine in China. She came American 30 years ago. Licensed in New York State acupuncturist. She is also e health scientist in NYU. She has much experience to treat the patient with infertility. Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.

I treat all conditions through the modalities that I am familiar with. I have been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-- including Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology -- for 25 years. I have also taught TCM for 25 years at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City and have served on the board of the Acupuncture Society of New York and have been working for the national testing organization for the licensure of Chinese Medicine practitioners (NCCAOM) for 25 years.
