I help people struggling with chronic health issues like gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, blood sugar imbalance, inflammation, and poor energy finally see symptom resolution and improved quality of life. Regenerative medicine and anti-aging specialist, Dr. Kathleen Kuhn, ND is passionate about helping people look and feel younger with long-term results. She offers the latest in skin and wellness treatments centered on each individual’s needs. She has received advanced training in aesthetic procedures, minor surgery, nutrition, and physical medicine. She also specializes in digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases, and many other chronic conditions that can lead to early aging.

With 26 years experience, I have a skilled, intuitive sense of touch. My specialties include trigger point massage (NMT), craniosacral therapy, and Bowen Therapy. Most of my clients see me for regular stress management or postural and overuse issues resulting in muscle pain. With respect to pressure I will listen to your tissues and assess what is needed. I accept motor vehicle accident cases and can bill for this directly. I am also a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and offer health and wellness coaching sessions.

I primarily treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. My belief is that these are often multi-faceted. Injuries can ultimately be a result of structural or movement imbalances that go beyond a simple slip and fall. Pain itself can have multiple causes; there are different "types" of pain. Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

I develop intensive and comprehensive treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with all types and stages of cancer. I utilize IV therapies such as dichloroacetate (DCA), vitamin C, lipoic acid, DMSO and other nutrients, in addition to ultraviolet blood irradiation (UVBI). I am also trained in the Kelley Enzyme Protocol, which utilizes very high dose pancreatic enzymes. In addition to these therapies all patients are on specific dietary, detoxification and stress management programs.

With over a decade of experience in the world of movement and mindfulness, Kate focuses on getting people out of pain and living in a more embodied relationship with their present life. She has spent time in the research of chronic pain and its neurological impact on our autonomic nervous system, informing her holistic approach to orthopedic treatment. Most recently, she has studied in the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification program, the most comprehensive orthopedic post-graduate program available to acupuncturists.
