I started my career in clinical nutrition with a weight loss of over 70 lbs. Since then, I have obtained my graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and am currently on the board of directors of the National Lipid Association and the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the NYU School of Medicine. My sub-specialty is weight management (loss/gain) and heart health (cholesterol, blood pressure, familial hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome).

I practice an "all foods fit" approach to food. You have to eat every day, multiple times a day - choosing what to eat should be an easy, non-stressful task. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and has 10+ years of clinical experience, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to complex patients in a fast paced acute care setting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Jennifer completed her Dietetics Internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital and went on to specialize in adult clinical nutrition at New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center and NYU Langone Health.

Natalie is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Illinois. She attended Dominican University, where she completed her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her MS in Nutrition. Spanning her career, Natalie has worked with a wide variety of individuals, from adolescents to adults with varying health conditions. It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.

I am an experienced Registered Dietitian, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy, and general nutrition counseling. I am currently the director of the nutrition department at the NYS Psychiatric Institute, an in-patient treatment unit at Columbia University Medical Center. My philosophy is founded on the principle that being healthy does not require dieting or deprivation.
