This holistic approach includes looking at all aspects of you and your lifestyle, including health history, current state of health, diet, sleep patterns, response to stress, work, family , and recreational aspects of your lifestyle. In addition my approach is to get to the underlying cause of the symptoms or conditions rather than just treat the symptoms.
Areas I specialize in are IBS, digestive health, autoimmune responses and conditions, hormone balancing, detox and cleanse programs, diabetes, normalizing high blood pressure and cholesterol, fatigue conditions, sports nutrition.
