I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. Hi! I'm Alaina, a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, body image distress, mental health, and GI issues. In our work together, I will support you as you build a new relationship with food; one that is self-guided and enjoyable. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian providing both virtual and in-person nutrition counseling in Colorado. Dr. Rocafort, a native of Puerto Rico, has come to Denver, CO from Sioux City, IA. Prior to clinical practice, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. Adding to his scope of practice, Dr. Rocafort completed the Clinical Acupuncture certification. He is certified as a National Chiropractic Sport Practitioner (CCSP), International Chiropractor Sport Practitioner, Chiropractic Biophysics, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique (Full Body, Nerve Entrapment and Masters), Reiki I & II, Reiki Master. He is also a Sport Nutrition and Performance Certification.

As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I treat the individual and not just the symptoms.
