I am a Functional Nutritionist, not a dietitian. I work with clients who are dealing with long-term unresolved health issues. These are often people who have seen three to five medical doctors and are unhappy with their medications and lack of results. I use food and food-based supplements to help clients rebuild their immune system, and other organ systems that are not functioning well. I make recommendations regarding foods that may be appropriate to eliminate from one's diet, and that may be responsible for inflammatory conditions. Lindsay offers virtual visits for clients in Utah, Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Lindsay has worked in eating disorder treatment at the outpatient and IOP levels of care, specializing in ED treatment in children, adolescents, and young adults. Lindsay is a certified eating disorders specialist and certified diabetes care and education specialist, with experience working with children and adolescents with type I and type II diabetes. Lindsay has worked with athletes at the high school and collegiate levels who struggle with disordered eating.

My ideal patient is prepared to not only feel well but to surpass that and experience a level of vitality they never thought possible. I love using natural therapies to optimize overall health and digestive function. Patients I see have likely neglected their digestive issues such as heartburn, chronic constipation and consequential fatigue for some time and have discovered how little issues not dealt with in the present become chronic concerns in the future.
