My practice focuses on very effective headache & migraine treatments including those that are resistant to medications. I also treat acute and chronic neck and back pain with associated extremity pain, and those interested in supportive care as a proactive approach to preventing future acute injuries. Every patient is thoroughly examined involving an evaluation of posture, range of motion, muscle strength & flexibility, joint mobility & nervous system function.
Chiropractic is more effective when the muscles are addressed along with adjustments. I use dry hydrotherapy and stretching to relax tight muscles prior to aligning the spine with traditional hands on manipulation. I strongly believe in taking time with my patients which results in treatments lasting 30-45 minutes.
I have had success treating headache and migraine patients who have been frustrated with traditional methods. I have also been effective treating neck pain, low back pain, pinched nerves, sciatica, herniated disks, arthritis, sports injuries, sprain/strains, and muscle spasms. Most insurances are accepted.
