I use Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to treat all types of imbalances. In addition to acupuncture, I use the tools of tui na (chinese massage), herbology, diet therapy, qi gong/ tai chi/ martial arts, feng shui and taoist philosophy.
I teach classes in Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong (Sifu), Progressive Arnis (Guro), Kuntao Silat Cadena de Mano (Guro), Kenpo Karate (3rd Black), Pressure Point Fighting, Women's Self-Defense and Young Warrior Training.
Oriental Medicine is a healing method which I use to balance all our systems: physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.
As an Exercise Physiologist, I bring an emphasis of movement, activity and fitness to my work.
Beyond treatments, classes and seminars, I take groups on spiritual retreats to interesting locations and teaching them tools to maximize life energy and clear stress and blockages. Recent retreats have been to Costa Rica, Colorado, New Mexico, North Carolina and South Florida.
