Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

I practice an intuitive art form rooted in scientific knowledge. Traditional medicine does not specialize in treating the myofascial restrictions that may be involved in chronic pain conditions or structural dysfunction. Hello! I’m Dr. Emma Kingsberg. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a master’s of science in nutrition (MSN) and a certification in pelvic floor therapy. I specialize in women’s health with an emphasis on sexual reproductive medicine, fertility and preconception care. I'm passionate about autonomy and love helping women with natural birth control methods such as fertility awareness.
