My name is Pauline and I am a Registered Dietitian who can help you to navigate the sometimes confusing and conflicting nutrition advice that is available online, in media, and through other sources. I take a weight neutral approach and encourage clients to focus on working towards building healthy behaviours into their lives.
As someone living with Crohn's disease, I have clinical knowledge, lived experience and exceptional interest in nutritional therapy for the management Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). I have completed Modulife Crohn’s Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED) expert training.
