I have been in private practice since 2008, and my services fall into three categories: Routine, Digestive Health, and Therapeutic Diets (3:1 and 2:1 ketogenic diets). I hold a Master's degree in Human Nutrition, and my published research was in mental health nutrition. In addition to years of delivering services from my Coquitlam (BC) office, I’ve provided virtual services for over a decade via a click-and-connect secure telehealth portal to clients across BC, Ontario, and Alberta, where I am also licensed. I specialize in multicultural Meal Plans and have in-depth knowledge of foods and cultural practices from many regions.
