After working as a hospital dietitian and seeing the debilitating impact of digestive symptoms to so many patients, I decided to specialize in digestive disorders and conditions. I believe that ultimately our gut health is the foundation to our overall health. We specialize in gut health and digestive disorders, PCOS and plant-based diets.
We take an integrative approach to nutrition that blends evidence-based guidance with tangible recommendations that you can easily apply to your life. Most of all, we believe in providing realistic recommendations that work for you, and the importance of collaboration between the dietitian and client.
