As I got older, I grew an interest for food and nutrition which led me to become a registered dietitian. Now I support clients in creating sustainable dietary changes based on their preferences, dietary restrictions and medical history. What is the definition of ‘health’? A question I have often asked myself over the years. Health has always been at the forefront of my life ever since I was a young child. Fascinated by our bodies and how they interact with our environments and the foods we eat. The power of science and nutrition captivated me at a young age, but I never thought I would pursue a career related to either. I have always felt a great sense of reward and fulfilment when working with children and youth. I began to realize their phenomenal potential as young human beings in society.
