I help women feel good and healthy in their bodies without dieting. When we work together, you'll learn to wade through conflicting diet messages and find health and confidence in the body that is best for you. You'll learn how to stop letting perfectionism, people pleasing, and cultural expectations impact your relationship with food and your body. You can learn to eat a variety of foods, such as white rice or chocolate, and still find optimal health. You'll learn how to navigate and manage unsolicited weight comments and learn how to be comfortable and embrace your body and health.
I'm a weight-inclusive anti-diet Registered Dietitian working with a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective. I use this approach with all clients on all topics, from learning how to eat mindfully to addressing medically diagnosed health concerns.
I embrace all cultures and lifestyles and cater to the foods and habits of your respective culture and background.
