Hello everyone, my name is Avery and I am registered dietitian based out of The Bridge Sports Therapy and Training in Sherwood Park. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of patient care settings ranging from working in the hospital to counselling patients in the community. My work experience has strengthened my skillset in a variety of areas including chronic disease management, digestive disorders, weight management, and sports nutrition.
My goal is to always to meet people where they are at, collaborating and providing clients with support as they navigate their health journey.
