I am a dietitian that is passionate about pediatric nutrition! I have experience working with children that struggle with picky eating habits, sensory feeding issues (e.g. gagging, food phobias), special needs, as well as oral motor skill limitations. I enjoy working with children of all ages and have a special area of interest in children with autism, ADHD, and weight management concerns. I take a non-diet approach that focuses on nourishing the body and building a lifelong, healthy relationship with food.
As a dietitian, I can assess your child's nutrient intake and ensure they have the proper vitamins and minerals to support their growth. I am also certified in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding and certified from Monash University on the low FODMAP diet.
