I specialize in providing patient-centered counselling to help treat a variety of nutrition-related health concerns, including weight loss (with strategies to maintain long term weight loss), meal planning for various lifestyles and dietary restrictions, and managing chronic illness (such as diabetes, heart disease, and IBS).
