Holly (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) who has dedicated her career to helping individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. She also provides support for those with co-occurring conditions with particular interest in diabetes, gastrointestinal issues and mood/anxiety concerns.
Holly (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) who has dedicated her career to helping individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. She also provides support for those with co-occurring conditions with particular interest in diabetes, gastrointestinal issues and mood/anxiety concerns.
I’m so excited to share that our family is growing! We’re expecting baby number 2, and I’m incredibly grateful for this new chapter.
With that being said, I will officially begin maternity leave on May 1, 2026.
