They are someone who is in need of a nutrition PROFESSIONAL who truly knows the evidenced based, research approved methodology to help them get into the best shape of their lives. They may be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals or possibly, a blood marker value is too low or too high. Or they may want to lose weight/gain weight or maintain their weight and get into the best shape of their lives. My ideal client's health is their most prized possession! Being healthy is the #1 priority!

As a member of the '1in10community, I’m all too familiar with the medical gaslighting, chronic pain, and fear of the unknown that accompany this disease. My goal is to serve as an ally for women, to be someone who listens AND makes you feel heard.
